I was traveling with friends. We looked at a map and picked a Mexican restaurant that was close to our route and we found Maria's. It's very small, situated in what was once a gas/service station long ago. I always think that hole-in-the-wall restaurants are fun to visit.
There was more seating outdoors than inside so we sat outside. Fortunately the weather was nice. It seems like a lot of the locals like to get their food to-go as there was a continual stream of people in and out of their establishment or going through their drive through to take food with them.
There were 3 of us. We tried the tamale plate, the chimichanga plate, and the fajita plate. Everything was tasty and full of flavor. The fajita meat was unfortunately chewy and made the jaw hurt trying to eat it. They offered 4 different salsa options. None were very spicy but they all had a different flavor.
I would eat there again if I were traveling through Ada, just nothing with the fajita meat. I recommend...

I took my break right there in their parking lot and no one harassed me or bothered me at all. I also went in and sat down to eat supper and once again the food was very good! Lots of flavor!
