I was traveling with friends. We looked at a map and picked a Mexican restaurant that was close to our route and we found Maria's. It's very small, situated in what was once a gas/service station long ago. I always think that hole-in-the-wall restaurants are fun to visit. There was more seating outdoors than inside so we sat outside. Fortunately the weather was nice. It seems like a lot of the locals like to get their food to-go as there was a continual stream of people in and out of their establishment or going through their drive through to take food with them. There were 3 of us. We tried the tamale plate, the chimichanga plate, and the fajita plate. Everything was tasty and full of flavor. The fajita meat was unfortunately chewy and made the jaw hurt trying to eat it. They offered 4 different salsa options. None were very spicy but they all had a different flavor. I would eat there again if I were traveling through Ada, just nothing with the fajita meat. I recommend other options.

These were literally the best tripas tacos I've ever had in my life!! (And i've had my fair share of tripas...) Super flavorful and CRUNCHY! It was the texture for me🤌🤌🤌And their burrito was also HUGE🌮🌯 🇲🇽 Edit: Was so good I did not hesitate to recommend to my colleagues and they wanted to try it too, so we went back the next day where they gave similarly high praise, and I got three more tripas tacos👌 I recommend pairing with Sidral Mundet apple soda!🍎

First time to try it out and it was a pleasant experience - I prefer traditional Mexican over Tex-Mex so after the server assured me they cooked their own tamales instead of using frozen or canned I had the Tamal plate which had 2 tamales with refried beans, rice and some chopped lettuce and tomatoes on the side- waitress brought some mild avocado salsa and iced tea and I enjoyed the meal- will come back

I drive a truck and they had truck parking. I got a couple of breakfast tacos which were very good and generous portions and inexpensive. I took my break right there in their parking lot and no one harassed me or bothered me at all. I also went in and sat down to eat supper and once again the food was very good! Lots of flavor! Generous portions but not expensive! The people there are very nice and polite and I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area wanting some very tasty and affordable Mexican...

I found this place on Google. I'm so glad I did! Being Mexican it's hard not to be picky when it comes to authentic. Maria's is 100% authentic. We got breakfast burritos. Absolutely to die for. The chorizo, potatoes, and beans were delicious. The bacon burrito had full strips of bacon and perfectly cooked and you tasted it in every bite. The price of the burrito is way under charged. The burritos are huge! There's only a drive thru available. Definitely a...
