BTB Wings — Restaurant in Adamsville

I was so excited to try out this new restaurant in my neighborhood, considering we don’t have many great options to choose from out here in the Forestdale/Adamsville area. I spent $78 on food for me and my family; however, we were very disappointed. The customer service is dry, they don’t provide napkins & utensils(unless you ask), and Everyone’s chicken wings and tenders were tough and flavorless. The teriyaki wings tasted like non seasoned chicken with a light sauce drizzled over them. We ended up giving the food to our dogs. I don’t know where these 5 star reviews come from, but this ain’t it! The chicken fried rice is ok, it is bland and not as seasoned as it should be. Today was the first day of opening. We got there at 5 minutes till 11:00. We ordered lemon pepper wings we ordered the hot honey wings and we ordered chicken fingers with shrimp fried rice and we ordered lemon pepper wings with shrimp fried rice and then we ordered just an order of lemon pepper wings. I've come here a few times, and clearly I keep coming back. I'm just happy to see my Forestdale/ Adamsville area with a different dining option. The best I've gotten from here was the Hibachi option. The shrimp were large, but I'm assuming they deal with a lot of "fried hard" extra done type of people because they cook the h3ll out of the food. The chicken in the hibachi is slightly overcooked, but overall pretty good. It's no Stix, but overall good value for what you're getting. I got extra shrimp?
