Went to get 2 coke icees and 1 water the cashier was very nice and respectful he rang it up as it popped up on the screen 2 Coke icees 1 water. $7.36 my mother handed him the cash which was $10 as she went to fix her water I stood to wait for the change. The lady that was making sandwiches came over there YELLING at the cashier. She said you rang that up wrong, very rudely instead of being understanding. I watched him ring it up on the screen it said 2 coke icees 1 water. She ran right up over him and started aggressively pushing buttons on the screen. She said thatâll be $11.58 maam. I went to tell my mother to give me another dollar due to the fact that I only had my card. My mother came over there to see what was wrong. She said itâs $11.58. My mom said âbut it was just $7.36 a second agoâ the lady said âno itâs $11.58 now I need another dollar and changeâ my mother said âfor just 3 drinksâ the lady said loudly and rudely âYES THATS WHAT I SAID MAAMâ I said âwe donât have another dollar just give me my cash back and I will use my cardâ she didnât wanna give the cash back she charged my card 50 cents which was absolutely a waste of her time due to the fact that he didnât have the total put in yet and she could have handed my cash back and hit the credit buttonđ€·ââïž Oh well her loss I guess. Then, she didnât even bother to give us the receipt. I feel so bad that the poor cashier has to deal with her ongoing attitude all day. He was so nice and he deserves a raise or something. She needs an attitude adjustment. Also I do understand, by the way, that fast food is stressful and sometimes difficult to be kind. Im working going on 3 years in fast food as I am only 18. But she gave us a full on attitude and it was ridiculous no...
Read moreAfter my experience today while waiting to place an order, I will NOT ever eat at this location again. The lady who was working by herself at lunchtime did several things that were unprofessional and down right nasty. For starters she messed up a sandwich that was part of another customer's order ( added lettuce) when they didn't order that topping. Instead of throwing away the lettuce that she wrongly placed on the customer's sandwich she PUT THE LETTUCE BACK in the container with the rest of the lettuce (after it had been on top of a warm sandwich). Secondly, The drink fountain was not working properly and no signs were up stating the issues going on with it. Thirdly, she started to attempt to take my order, but had to stop to help the customer's in front of me ( who were having issues with the drink fountain). She handed them a bottle of orange juice with the gloves that she just put on to make my sandwich. After that she dropped something out of the fridge that landed on the floor and picked it up put whatever it was back in the fridge with the same gloves on ( that she had put on to make my sandwich). After that she starts attempting to make my order with the same gloves that she had touched the item that had been on the floor! Not to mention the orange juice she handed to the customer I mentioned. Not one time did she try to re-wash her hands and/or replace the gloves. That's nasty!!! And last but not least... Not once was the toppings lid closed to avoid flies from...
Read morehorrible customer service and I had to give them a 1 star in order to give an complaint and they don't deserve that. I went to get a sandwich on my lunch break. The young lady that worked the store was in the back on the phone and didn't even acknowledge me i stood there for almost 10 minutes and she still continued to talk on the phone like I was invisible. Never said anything just looked at me like I was to serve her. Then I asked was she on break and she no I am on the phone. I said ok I wanted to get a sandwich and she kept talking on the phone while rolling her eyes at me. I have never been treated with such disrespect at place of business. If we don't visit your establishment how will you then get paid. I will never visit this location again and will have my family friends to give this place a...
