Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Adrian

I'm going to start by saying how clean this store location is and that's including the bathroom (and that's saying a lot right their for a restaurant ) also the service is always great when I come in here to get my lunch in a hurry for work . I'm going deaf and they always do a good job working with me when I order... I kind of feel like they already know my order before I order it.. they definitely pay attention to their customers... I noticed that not one worker is ever standing around talking or messing around they are always working hard and cleaning or finding something to do and that's what real service is about I want you thank everybody who works there for doing a great job and being there for their customers...I'll definitely keep...

We arrived Saturday morning when they opened at 10:30 but the door was locked so I called the order in . They offered to bring the order out to the car. 15-20 minutes pass and still no order . My husband went inside and our order was sitting there , they must've forgot that they offered to bring it out to the car . They also forgot the iced tea we ordered , and when we did receive it , it had no ice in it ! 1 of our cookies and a side of mayo was also missing.The receipt showed the correct order but whoever put it together didn't pay attention to detail and no apology was offered for the mix ups or the delay .In total it took 25 minutes to get 4 subs ,some chips , cookies and tea !!! We will not be returning to the Adrian Michigan store on...

My son ordered subs for his Adrian college graduation party last sunday the 29th of April. He ordered a platter of subs. i picked them up. They were no better than gas station subs. I could not believe it. VERY disappointed. On their web site it says gourmet sandwiches. We received one third subs with 60 grams of meat or less, some shredded lettuce and a tomato slice. That is not gourmet. That is gas station deluxe. The worst part is i called today to express my displeasure to the store manager. No apology nothing. He blamed our displeasure on my son not asking the right questions. His name is Shawn. He was very uncaring and unsymphathetic. i do not recommend this franchise...
