St. Louis Pizza & Wings Affton — Restaurant in Affton

Ordered food. Pizza, wings, salad. All were sub par. Called and asked to speak with the manager. Only manager was an assistant. She agreed to refund the money in cash on the phone then when I drove it back to the store she then said she would only give a credit. She was rude said she saw nothing wrong with the food and talked to me unprofessionaly. I agreed to use the credit and get other items instead of what we wanted for dinner. Its going to be given to the neighbors when I get home if they would like it, if not, it will go in my garbage. Be careful in dealing with people that don't keep their word and lie. I will not be eating here again! Hampton store is what I'm used to the pizza and wings taste so much better in my opinion, the sauce is different too, and if I go...

I ordered the Wednesday night special and a large chef salad. I am hooked on their house salad dressing. It is amazing. The service I have received here has always been fantastic. Last night I called in my order and the girl on the phone was very sweet and completed the sale perfectly. When I arrived, there were 4 of us waiting for our orders. The girl at the desk ran out and got the names of each customer waiting. She came back out with an update on time. The amount of time the girl estimated on the phone was just about spot on. We enjoyed our pizza and the salad. My dad even wants me to look into buying the house dressing by the bottle next time. 😉 This was a real treat the night before having to cook...

This whole franchise has really gone down hill...and this new location is terrible. Did my order online an hour before I needed it...figured it'd be ready, no problem. Wrong. Got there...my order was nowhere near ready. Then got it 40minutes later...and it was wrong. Had to sit and wait longer while they corrected it. They had plenty of people...but each one was looking like they had no idea what was going on and were yelling at each other, swearing and just generally not having a clue. Pizza was lousy, salad was as well, no dressing included that I asked for. Avoid this location for sure and pretty much this entire place if you want good pizza done with any attempt at...
