Ferrentino's Pizzeria & Pub — Restaurant in Agawam

Went here after six flags to grab dinner with the family. The service here is horrible! We ordered a small chesse pizza and a meatball dish along with a salad. Instead of our meatball dish they brought us someones chicken parm and we took a bite and than us and the worker realizing they brought us the wrong dish and GAVE IT TO ANOTHER PERSON after we ate a single bite. Than never mind you they brought us the small cheese pizza and put the burning hot tray of piza directly in front of our baby which grabbed it and started to cry. We went to eat our pizza and they only brought us two plates and there is four of us so i go up to the front and wait for what feels like forever and than i ask for more plates and the worker says "i dont think we have anymore" HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE ANY PLATES ? Never mind a huge family came in after us and they also asked for plates and she gave them the same response. How are you not gonna have any plates in your pizzeria and expect us to eat with no plate ? Horrible service i highly recommend you dont come here! I've been to this place several times and its been good times. The pizza is good and HOT when ordered (burned my mouth and parmesan Cheese provided when asked) also I ordered a 8" sub I forgot what kind but it was filling and tasty. And its good to have the option to wait and eat in the pizzaria or wait in the Pub for you food. The pub is a good Vibe place I wish I could remember the name of the Bartender who was extreamly nice and showed amazing customer service but I can't, a nice tall glass of beer for about $1.75-2.13 around there. We recently moved to agawam and I drive by this place when I take back roads home from work. Happy I gave it a try. You can tell it’s fresh dough and real Italian cheese maybe even of the raw milk variety or at least whole milk pasteurized. We had a party sized combo and pepperoni and the minimal grease level was on point. Cooked well like I like it. The sauce is tangy and sweet but not overpowering. $27.00 for a party size multi topping is extremely reasonable.
