Route 75 Pizza House — Restaurant in Agawam

So it started with the appetizer combo last time they switched out the wings for french fries for me this time they told me they couldn’t, which didn’t make much sense because wings cost a restaurant more than french fries but whatever floats their boat , then I told them I wanted buffalo wings since they wouldn’t switch it out for french fries my order came out to almost $44 for two slices of pizza pepperoni, which was actually just cheese pizza that they popped back in and threw some pepperonis on top of which were hardly cooked I ordered my mother a grinder and I asked them for a little extra oil and vinegar on the side for the grinder which they charged me $1.50 just for a small was supposed to be a 4 ounce cup, but it was filled about a third of the way so I had to guess about an ounce of oil cost $1.50 there, when the order arrived, the wings had absolutely no sauce so I called and asked them to remake my wings. They asked if they could send the sauce and I told them no because my wings would be cold. They told me 10 to 15 minutes. I said OK and then a delivery person dropped off just the sauce instead of remaking the wings with the tip for the driver I wasted $50 ……… they were not apologetic at all either when I called didn’t seem to care much. They should really work on their customer service and should definitely let people know when they’re being charged $1.50 for a small cup of oil or sauce. You should let the customer know that. The dough bites were good however, the entire combo for the appetizer was a waste of money and had I known they were just gonna throw the pepperonis on the pizza like that and just heat it up quickly instead of finishing cooking them. I probably wouldn’t have ordered pizza at all.#update got to the hospital with my moms grinder which was ordered no mayo due to allergy has mayo all over it!!!!! I then called and asked to speak to the manager who was extremely dismissive extremely rude telling me I was just calling to complain and when I said you could’ve killed her, she has an allergy. He said oh well don’t eat it He told me to drive all the way back to Agawam from Springfield from the hospital to bring him his food back and then he would refund my money, I will be calling the Better Business Bureau on his business if you lack customer service and you don’t take orders with allergies, seriously and you are extremely unprofessional you should not be in this business I most likely will be hiring a lawyer for not taking that...

We decided to try a new place tonight. We went in at 9pm and asked if they were still opened and they said yes. We ordered a buffalo chicken calzone, at 9:40 they came over and told us it would be a few more minutes because they burnt the first one. 9:50 they bring out our calzone and we asked for blue cheese she said that would be extra, and she didn't seem to want to bring one out so we said never mind. 3 minutes later they turned the lights out on us and when one of the employees said there were still customers the other stated we close at 10PM. At 9:55 one of the employees comes over with a box and proceeds to stare at us. At this point I explained that they had just brought us our food, we had been there for an hour and the other employee had apologized it took so long because they burnt our original food. The woman proceeded to say that they closed at 10PM...(now 9:56, we have had our food 6 mins) and that they were antsy to leave. She immediately started bussing our table. Ordered from here tonight and took more than an hour for delivery normally I don't have a problem waiting however my issue is that my food is cold we had ordered fried items which came soggy and a pasta dish that I had to put in the microwave. The broccoli in the pasta dish was burnt so it gives the whole dish a burnt taste. We also ordered fried dough bites and fried ravioli, the ravioli came soggy because they sat for who knows how long and the dough bites were way over cooked and now chewy from sitting (second time ordering dough bites that were over cooked). Honestly for the price the food is not worth it plenty of other pizzs joints in Agawam that are much better and friendlier. I called to check on my order an hour after ordering and received attitude from the person the girl asked about my order, English was poor and he was in the back yelling its on the way we're way to busy, which seems to be a theme.
