Al Natural Bistro — Restaurant in Aguadilla

Wow. Just wow. This has got to be one of the best places to eat in all of Puerto Rico. We just wondered into this food truck spot on Christmas Day - only one open and late in the evening. The excellent staff made us a fantastic meal without much of a wait at all. I had the Playero Sandwich, featuring some of the tastiest BBQ chicken I’ve ever had and it was paired with a side of malanga fries that really took it to the next level. Barely had a chance to sip on the water in between bites because it was just that good. Fantastic food, fantastic service. 10/10...

Amazong food and everything is hand-made. Beware, if you are in any type of rush (1hr) or less, then you will be sitting for a long time. Again, this is all homemade and fresh, so it's going to take longer. But the wait is worth it. Seating is good at times, but it can get noisy from housing down below.
