BBQ Patio Grill — Restaurant in Aguadilla

The food was delicious, well what we could taste because we didn't even enjoy half of the food. The service is awful, especially the bar area server's they are super disrespectful and need more training on how to treat people. We order food it took a good amount of time we sat outside area it started raining I mean pouring we couldn't eat our food at all and we had our 2 toddlers they didn't even offered to help us with the food or the babies to take us in. it was pouring for 30 mnts straight, I mean, none stop at all. I crossed to the bar area soaked and wet I told one of the servers can I have at least napkins and a replacement for the passion fruit juice which she clearly seen it sitting at the table full of water. She told me she couldn't do that because it was not their fault that it started raining. I mean, I didn't ask for a refund for the food or food replacement it was a medium cup of juice. Smh. My whole family had a bad experience overall at this place. We spent over $150 on food. If I could, I wouldn't give them no star at all for service. I had never in my life had this experience...

The food was terrible and expensive! It was BAD FOOD you could smell it, everything was sour and old! It seems like whoever packed the food would have known it was bad when they did it. We got take out to go to a picnic and when we got there we couldn't eat it. We were far away. We threw the food away. We called the number over and over and no one would answer. Food was below average for the area, the pasta penne with Alfredo and skirt steak tasted good but the Alfredo was sort of bland. The BBQ half rack of rib was more like 1.5 racks of ribs, which is great for the price but the meat just was appetizing with a lot of cartilage throughout the meat.
