Roca beach front Bar & restaurante — Restaurant in Aguadilla

Came here on a Friday afternoon with my wife after spending the day at the beach. The place was empty and the service was slow. The dishes we wanted to order the server told us they didn't have. Then when we ordered an app sampler which was supposed to come with wings. They brought out the dish and substituted the wings for some dry chicken chunks.
