Hai Yun Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Aguadilla

Review In English/Reseña en español I will not write as long as the Review In Spanish. I'll just recommend to you, to go to this Chinese Restaurant and ask for pork chops. They're unique. La fama de los restaurantes chinos se ha visto empañada lamentablemente a causa de un cierto tipo de racismo o xenofobia hacia ellos, lo que se puede notar a leguas; ya que en su dieta y gastronomía particular en China, incluyen animales domésticos y exóticos para nuestro paladar y cultura. En realidad, son iguales o hasta más higiénicos que muchos de los llamados "Fast Foods".

Hai Yun, es uno de los mejores restaurantes de la zona. Lo que lo hace tan distintivo, además de lo sabrosos platos que brindan, es el arroz chino (o arroz frito). ¿Por qué? Todos los restaurantes chinos se caracterizan, además de lo sabroso de su gastronomía, por lo generosos que son en la cantidad que sirven. Esas son las razones principales para mí para siempre considerarlos como primera opción sobre cualquier tipo de restaurante que no sea de comida criolla. Pero, el arroz de ellos, es diferente al de los demás restaurantes. La mayoría de los restaurantes chinos, al servirte el arroz, le incluyen, huevo, y carne de cerdo y para colmo, no mucha cantidad (Se limitan debí decir). En este restaurante, al arroz le echan entre sus ingredientes: jamón, huevo (de estos dos, tiene mucha cantidad, lechuga, "mazorquitas de maiz" (o algo que para mí parece ser eso jejeje), repollo, pedacitos de zanahoria y unas bolitas verdes a las que aprendí llamar "piti puá". Por cierto, la carne de cerdo en pedacitos que invluye el arroz, es más sabrosa que la que dan en muchos restaurantes chinos. Si están en Aguadilla por la caretera 111, cerca del cuartel de la Policía y con hambre, dése la oportunidad de visitar este lugar. ¿Mi plato preferido? Of all the Chinese restaurants I have eaten at in PR, this is, by far, the BEST! The food is ALWAYS delicious. The women that work there are ALWAYS friendly. I have run into the owner on several occasions and she is nice as well. I recently left my credu card hope, and she even told me to take the food and come back to pay. I told her I wouldn't, but it was very nice of her to offer. I have since become a regular. If you have read any of my reviews, you know, I am more concerned with customer service than anything. The food is very good here better than most Chinese restaurants in the area, if not all. The problem is the staff can be very rude. I have called for a takeout order several times and they have hung up the phone immediately without any explanation. And then I called again and again with the same results. I do not know how the owner would let his employees get away with this! This is a common occurrence they do not want to take the order so they just hang up on you,when they are open and are serving customers, with no explanation or courtesy!
