Sizzler — Restaurant in Aguadilla

Honestly, we haven’t experienced food this bad in a long time when dining out and if I could give lower than one star rating, I would. Currently visiting from Florida and decided to stop by to eat here after a day at the beach in Isabella. We should’ve gotten up after our first plate was still a bit dirty that I asked the front end for a new plate, and asked for a refund from management but we decided to stay and try the food items. Everything was VERY VERY underwhelming. The Mac and cheese was cold as if it had been placed directly from the fridge. The rice options were all barely with flavor and tasted like they had been sitting all day. Every chicken option was extremely dry and hard to chew. The mini churros in the dessert area were soggy and felt like they had soaked up all the oil they were fried in with no crunchiness to them. For drinks we ordered sodas, but I decided to try the lemonade, and that was a mistake as well. The lemonade I received was basically water with a few slices of lemon dumped in it. Definitely not lemonade AT ALL. Lastly, my partner observed what appeared to be a small roach that had been stepped on near the food displays. We voiced our displeasure with our waitress and we ultimately left her a tip because she had no fault with how poorly managed and ran the establishment is when it comes to the food quality that they’re placing out for customers to consume. It was a complete waste of $106 and I’m still upset at the fact that we didn’t ask to speak to management to request a refund. Please do not visit this Sizzler...

Young man, Alan our server, did his very best and we are grateful, however, the salad bar was lacking much of everything and the quality of what WAS available was the worse I have ever seen in this Sizzler. The ice-cream machine has been out of order for who knows how long. I read reviews from over two weeks ago that it was out of order then as well. The pizza was pretty good, but most of everything else seemed like it had been sitting there all day. The glass above the dessert bar had a disturbing and awful odor as well as the area before entering the restroom. I have been coming here for years and have never had such an undesirable experience. This was definitely our last visit!! They seriously need to reconsider management!! Not to mention the fact that I spent almost $90 for five “Buffet Dinners”which I don’t mind if it had been worth it. Tried giving it another chance, but definitely I hope is the last time I spend a cent on sizzler… Food had no seasoning, most of the items looked old… best thing was the broccoli soup and salad, as my daughter said they can’t mess that up… asked for taco shells and one of the employer said they were “frying” them… still we left and they never put the taco shells… ice cream machine not working, and as I see on other reviews is a common thing, probably they just don’t want to clean it… around an hour before closing we saw employers bringing new food and cleaning everything to take photos as a perfect buffet… right when it was almost time to close… they even brought brownies, which I expected to be at least warm and they were cold as ice… spend your money in a local restaurant, this is definitely not worth it… giving two starts just for the service of our waitress… but cooking staff and management don’t...
