Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Aguadilla

The first Pizza Hut I know it does not provide delivery services. While my visit at the restaurant on a Saturday night they had minimum personnel working. We had to wait for a while, that's the first time I had to wait for a table on a pizza hut. The pizza was not fully cooked, had to wait extra for them to fixed. They did not provide us with extra refills, the service was not a good one, the restrooms are individually, so had to make a line to wash my hands, the parking lot was full of pot holes. There was no ilimination at night and there was a guy asking for money at the parking lot so he can watch over your while while you eat. Sadly this is not the type of pizza hut me and my family are used to visit back home. I guess when the kids are far away from home it's hard to find place to eat they recognized, this was not a pleasant...

First night we ordered from this Pizza Hut it took an hour and a half for the pizza to arrive; when the delivery driver FINALLY got close she could not find the place so we ended up walking over a block to find her in order to retrieve our 2 pizzas. The pizzas were not made with the toppings which were ordered (it was not difficult! there was only one substitution requested) and both pizzas were raw. We called and were told we could have the correct pizzas delivered the next day. The 2nd time the pizzas again arrived after over an hour and again they were made incorrectly and basically completely raw!!! The dough was so undercooked it was not safe to eat. I don't recommend purchasing food from this establishment unless you want everything made wrong and a bad case of...

We were just visiting the area and we wanted pizza hut. We just walked in and nobody was at the front so we thought we had to order from counter. Nobody asked to help us. We made an order and we sat to wait for it. We were planning to eat in there. Pretty much they kicked us out because we ordered a “take out”. They said we couldn’t seat in the restaurant; even though there were other people eating inside. Unbelievable!! Who does that??? If it was because of Coronavirus they could have said “you can show prove of your vaccinations and your welcome to eat in here” or something like that. I was shocked when they told us we couldn’t eat inside BECAUSE it was a “take out”. Some businesses don’t know how to threat...
