Just visited this morning because we love their breakfast food. The service was horrible and borderline rude in the drive-thru line this morning. The drive-thru window and building were disgusting this morning. I have never seen it this bad! Are drive-thru windows looked at by the Health Department? A broom and mop could have cleaned most of it off but the windows were horrible also. We asked for 'Double dipped hash-browns' because we like them crunchy. I stated this twice when ordering thru the speaker. When we got to the window, we asked again were they double dipped and the staff (Jaycee) first just looked at us like we fell from another plant and then said "no, I don't think so" so we said we asked for that, she got very snippy and said it would be a 2 and half minute wait or so. I said we did ask for that at the speaker and she got rude and then pulled part of the order out of the bag and handed it to me and kept the big bag as I paid for the order. I pulled forward and my husband went inside to get the food. If my husband wouldn't have been with me, I would have cancelled and drove away for two reasons ... the customer service was horrible and the drive-thru...
Read moreOrdered a small Super Bacon Biscuit combo this morning for breakfast, menu price was $6.79. I asked up upgrade to an OJ, and the drive thru cashier told me the price was ~$11. I pulled up to the window and asked why the price was nearly double what the menu said, and they drive thru cashier said that because I ordered an OJ, they had to ring up the entire order separately. That doesn't make sense. The manager gets involved and tries to run it as a combo, but picked the wrong food item -- she rang it up as the Super Sausage combo (priced 7.69), plus an upcharge for the orange juice bringing the total to almost $10 dollars. When I told her it was a different combo, the manager said she has to do it that way, but I'll get the bacon. When I try to ask more questions about this process, she continuously intterupts me and then shuts the drive thru window in my face while I'm talking to her.

Read moreThere was a line this morning at the drive through and not moving very fast considering some of my previous visits. I order the same every visit 2 Steak Biscuits,1 Platter /sausage/grits and plenty of condiments and im on my way,with what looked like only one lady working and very pleasant. Today they had just posted a hand written sign at the speaker Cash Only. The guy ask for my order and if I'll be paying cash or credit i responded i guess cash from what the sign says with no responce back. At the window waiting approx 4/5 minutes and having 3 people working. My order was steak not sausage the biscut hard and grits im guessing that looked like crm of wheat soupy. Thanks guys for starting my day off wrong. Ill be heading to Clearwater...
