Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Aiken County

Tonight we ordered pizza for My sisters birthday party. We waited the standard time of Like an hour for it to be delivered. We didn't eat the pizza right away as we were doing a party game when the pizza got here. When we got the pizza it was someone else's order. We called them and informed us that they would have the driver come switch the pizzas... We asked them to remake our orders as we didn't want cold pizza and also we had already touched the pizza so why would you give it to the other customer? THAT'S DISGUSTING! So the kids ate the pizza that we had waited for but was wrong. The guy actually came back to get the pizza but they had already started eating.. .At this point we should of just took the half eaten peices from the kids and put them back in the box and gave it to him. . Any way long story short after they messed up they refused to give us our pizzas. When we asked why they said cuz you ate the other customers order... So you were really gonna give someone else pizza that's been in someone else's house? That's nasty. . We were not rude, but we did ask for the owners information and corporates number.. . To which Olivia replied she was not allowed to give which I know is untrue. I'm so sorry as my sister is OCD and will not let this go and she will tell EVERYONE who will listen. I order from here all the time and barely have an issues, well, tonight I have a problem. I requested certain toppings on my pizza: Black olives Fresh spinach Green peppers Onions Pepperoni Pineapple

As you can see, there is NO black olives, hardly any onions and bellpeppers (like 2-3) , & spinach is like 2-3 pieces. So, I called and told them I was missing toppings. The man on the phone didn’t say his name, he asked for the delivery address, gave him the address, he goes and I quote “ what’s wrong with it, I cut that pizza?” Told him what was wrong with it, he huffed and puffed and said “ I’ll get another one out to you.” I was nice about it and all and I said to him “okay thank you. “ He then goes “ yup. “ and hangs up in my face. Why have they outsourced their phone call orders? ! The past two times I called it was sent to India. Both times they did not know what the Specials are and couldn’t give me a reasonable time or when the pizzas will be ready. They told me for two cheese pizza was going to be $38. I believed it was wrong so I called back to cancel and they put me on hold because she had to check with the restaurant to see if they have started making it . After 5 minutes on hold it hang up on me. Plus I have to get you to order but you can contact the restaurant to Cho on an order, but I can’t!
