Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Aiken County

I ordered delivery and my pizza was delivered with wrong toppings. I tried to call store, but was continually put on hold, so I just filled on the survey they email to you. Corporate contacted me and told me the manager would be in touch. When they checked back in the local manager had not contacted me, and they told me he/she would within the week. I received an email that they had a free pizza for me, but when I replied to inquire how to receive it, I never got a response. I gave them another chance and ordered delivery again. My pizza was again delivered with the wrong toppings - green peppers instead of green olives. I called and was able to speak to someone who told me they'd remake the pizza but it would be about 1.5 hours for it to be delivered. My husband said he'd pick up the pizza and did so. I opened the box, correct toppings, incorrect crust. I didn't bother contacting them and just threw both pizzas away. Don't waste your time with this location if you want to receive what you order, because they just can't...

I ordered delivery to my home, less that 1 mile away.. 2 hours later still no pizza!!! I called and the girl said they had no drivers at this time and it would be another 30 mins before it was delivered. I asked "then WHY did not someone call me back about this??" it happened before when there was going to be a delay, and I said no problem we will be there to pick it up when ready. The girl just put the phone down on the counter and all I heard for 15 more mins was what was going on in the store. then a hang up... I got my pizza finally after another 40 mins. it was COLD!! they must have had the pizza made on time and just resting under the heater.. but it was COLD!!! $35 for a cold 3 meat pizza and cinnibons.. plus tip included and I get cold pizza!!! we are not a family who will eat pizza cold.... The pizza was decent, however I was missing my pepperoni and sausage. They were closed by the time I made it home, so I just dealt with it. When I went to pickup the order, I called inside to let them know I was out for my curbside. The man answered the phone, "Pizza Hut, Hold!" And laid the phone down. The only customer in the restaurant walked out and then I could hear him and the lady in the back arguing. I sat on hold another 2 or 3 minutes before I got out and went it. The lady tried to tell me he forgot because they were soooo busy. Maam, there was one customer. I been sitting outside!! Yall back here arguing instead of paying attention...
