Starbucks — Restaurant in Aiken County

My wife is usually a Dunkin Donuts fan, but recently has like the holiday specials at Starbucks, however when she stopped by on, 12/5/19,she had a horrible experiences. The barista she encounter was rude and nasty. This is an awful Starbucks. They are understaffed and take forever to get served. The lady at the register said they don’t have cane sugar for the regular coffee but the barista held it up showing me it and had to ask him to use it. I’m very disappointed with this Starbucks on USCA campus. They charge extra for the tiniest little things like more sugar or cream, they take an extremely long time to make the orders, and they have messed up mine and my friends orders multiple times.
