H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E customer service today. No greeting, when said sandwich fixer messed up on the order and was told nicely about it she stared at the sandwich and then preceded to LITERALLY snatch the cheese, pickles, etc.. off the bread that had mayo on it. My mother advised prior to that, that she didnt want mayo. The key to good customer service is listening.
My mom asked if she was okay and the girl gave no response. She looked at another lady in the line and she mouthed "she's rude!" Thus confirming it was not my mom that was the problem. When asked for her name, she mumbled it and my mom asked her to repeat it, mumbled it again and then finally said it louder "Server Name" AND THEN (in a bold manner of sorts) proceeds to say and I quote "You dont have to call and report me"....insert flatline....but you were outright rude, so what do you expect from someone who is helping u get a paycheck!?
Further when we got down the road, mom still taken aback from what just occurred, she called back to the store to get a manager name. Same girl that fixed the sandwich (go figure) answered, and gave it to her. She called back and asked for the owner and was told that he was unavailable AND then she asked for the corporate number and was told that they did not have it in store but that my mom could look it up online. This is her normal lunch spot during the week and first time going on the weekend. Please believe We will not be coming back on the weekend while said girl is employed there. If she ends up working at another restaurant and She's our waitress...We will definitely ask for another seat or leave. Its ridiculous and yes it was that bad. Had she apologized at any point, things may have been a bit softened..but, that...
Read moreThe two young ladies working behind the counter carried on a 3 minute conversation before acknowledging i was the only customer standing at the counter . When finally acknowledged, I was met with a "what do u want" . The ladies continued to convese over the low wages they receivie and how they hate training new people who make more them them. They also bluntly expressed their dislike for there general manager and kept insisting they are going to quit any day now. One young lady was getting a count of the bread, touching all trays with no mask or gloves on at all. Entirely unsanitary as this was a highly acne covered individual who kept touching her face while working then placing her bare hands on the bread trays with bread for the customers. They openly used profanity while giving examples of their injustices done to them because they make 8 dollars an hour. I just went through the ordering process not saying anything at all. Just taking in the lack of customer service, sanitary standards, and general lack of professionalism. I get it , it's subway, but always try to not use profanity while dealing with customers, atleast try acknowledging they are there, and perhaps if they hate their jobs so much, offer them a promotion to a customer to...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I go here every once in awhile, but we don’t plan on going back to this location from now on. They don’t greet you when you first walk in. Sometimes they’re all in the back. No smiles, nothing. Their customer service sucks! They always ask my boyfriend his order first, but then forget about me & don’t ask me what I would like to order until his sandwich is halfway done. They’re unsanitary. There’s this one elder lady who we always hope never has to make our sandwiches, but she ends up making them every time. She uses the same gloves & never changes them after touching meats, cheese, the toaster ovens & then veggies/sauces. She also never washes her hands before she starts an order. & the employees are constantly distracted by other things & not actually paying attention to your order. They never have fresh veggies & they sure don’t know how to close their wraps. I almost always get tuna when I go but I’m pretty sure last time I went, the tuna had to be old or something because I got sick afterwards & I never get sick off of their tuna. We always go back again because we hope it will get better each time, but it...
