So I want to start out by saying I WILL be back, just my experience today 5/11/24 was lackluster. I do believe it was because of some factors out of the owners control, but some factors they could change.

First the GOOD: Vibe was awesome, for real very good atmosphere, seating was plentiful (though it was busy) I shared a table with a couple and had many people coming up and petting my dog.

The BAD: I was there a total of 40 minutes. I did not get a menu during that time. I asked 3 servers for a menu. The couple who I sat next to said it took an hour for their food to get to them after they ordered. I had to leave without even getting a water or a beer.

To be honest this was more because there seemed to be a kids soccer game that ended and everyone came there. I think there were about 30 people outside and I know their servers looked busy busy.

This issue probably wouldn't happen if I wasn't alone because then the other person could go inside and get a menu or order at what (I assume) they have a counter there to order food I just wasn't able to since I had my dog with me.

The unrated: The food and beer, I am very sad I didn't get to try anything even if it was just a beer.

My suggestions: Maybe have a barcode with the menu laminated on the tables. Have maybe color coded signs we can put out like red if we are good and green if we need something.

Have visible placards for people to pick up or number posts around the outside where the staff can know where to bring the food. When it's busy people are moving around some and I saw at least two servers looking around for the people that ordered food.

Additionally, not really a big deal as there's a ton of shade, but the only tables open outside were in the sun and during the day it was getting hot hot...

First off, the kitchen staff deserves 5 stars. However, i can only rate my overall experience. I was greeted by the host and asked if I would like to sit at the bar, I said sure. There was four other guys at the bar and two couples at two different tables. A total of nine people in the place including me. I sat at the bar for 10 minutes and the bartender never acknowledged me. One waitress came over and stole an orange slice from a container that was in front of me and asked me not to tell. I got up and moved to one of the many empty tables. After another 10 minutes and the waitresses 10 ft from looked at me several times, but was too busy on there phone and talking amongst themselves to wait on me. One of the couples who had finished their meal paid and left. A waitress began to buss the table, I asked her if I could get waited on, she did several minutes later. It only took about five minutes to get my food. The food was fresh and delicious. My waitress never came back to wait on me, instead she went to a side table and began to eat. At this point I'm out of drink. I set my cup with the lid off on the edge of the table away from me so it's obvious I'm out and need a refill. Another waitress walk by on her way to the waitress station and looked at me twice on her way. She began to fix a drink, I thought ok she noticed, but nope. She put a straw in it and began to drink it herself. I've had enough, I fix my own refill, finished my meal and waited another 10 minutes for my waitress to come back and collect the check. If ran properly with just a minimum amount of training to the servers, this would be a...

Great to have an actual brewery in Aiken. I know they are still working out some kinks but overall I had a very good experience. I got the Kate the Great dog which is a sausage dog with peppers and onions. It was good but the bun was way too big for what was served. More like a hoagie roll. I had to peel a lot of bread off. My wife had tenders and onion rings. Pretty standard but hot and fresh. The beer was very good as well. We had the IPA. Somewhat limited right now on selection since they are still getting off the ground. Looking forward to more visits and beer!

Update 8/2/24: I've been back a few times. The beer selection always changes so they haven't had anything I wanted on a couple of occasions. Today I had one of the hotdogs but I can't remember what it's called but it had chili on it. I'm not sure where they get the chili but it tastes like it's right out of a Hormel can plus it was around $10 for basically a normal sized hotdog you cook at home. So that was disappointing. I also had the cowboy caviar. That was very good. So still I think they need to tweak a few things and improve their food...

The outdoor garden area is phenomenal! Grab a beer or glass of wine, bring the kids and listen to a band. Very family friendly.
