La Laguna Family Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Aiken County

From the very first time I've eaten here it has slowly pushed Maria's, Mexicali,and yes taco smell out of my mind! When I think of a real Mexican chorizo taco, I'm going to la Laguna to dine with Angelique,who speaks better English than I do, because of Spanish,and the cook who I call señor because I forgot his name! Best bang for your six bucks bar none! They also carry the Mexican coca cola which is sooo good, it's the cane sugar! Also Jumex juices,hopefully one day they get the beer and wine license I would love to have a couple of tacos with an ice cold modelo especial! Worst Mexican Restaurant by far. Took forever to get chips and salsa and then the salsa tasted like spaghetti sauce. The sweet tea tasted nasty, was not fresh. The food was over priced and most things they did not have. What Mexican Restaurant doesn’t have hard shells? The waitress had a bad attitude with everyone and was rolling her eyes. I asked for a simple quesadilla with grilled chicken mushrooms and onions, and was told that they couldn’t make that because they couldn’t do that combination although they had all the stuff for it. I left a previous review but once again very poor customer service. I had 8 dollars worth of food with hair in it. She threw the plate out before I was able to take a picture of it. This is the nasty cup they served me, with hair at the rim. Since I did not eat the food I requested a refund and she said no. Maybe she needed 8 dollars but I will not return. Nasty cheese dip and nasty customer service. She even sent a threat to call the police because I would not pay for food I did not eat....
