Worse place I've been to in a while. Asked for a smashburger, no pickles for dietary reasons, The waitress said we can't make any changes to the order. I said ok, bring me a plate so I can pick them off. Then, one of our party asked if the onion rings were battered or panko coated. The waitress said I don't know what you mean. Our lady explained are they rough texture or smooth. Still nothing. The waitress then asked a person walking by about the coating. Our party said forget it. I'll try them. The food came and the onion rings were burnt. Our person said it looks like someone didn't take these out in time. The waitress just stood watching her go through the burnt rings and finally asked, are they ok or not. Our lady said I'd like them remade and the waitress snatched the basket up in a huff and took them back to the kitchen. My burger came and when I tried to open it up to remove the pickles the bun was so saturated with grease that the bread was like tissue paper falling apart. This was not just the typical greasy burger, it was as if it had been dipped in the grease trap or grease had intentionally been poured over the top of the burger to the point it was like a stew in the bottom of the basket. The chips were ok but right in the middle of them there was a big wad/clump of potatoes the size of my fist stuck together in an inseparable lump. I ate the few loose chips there were, and about a third of the grease ball burger only because I was starving. Since I was invited to dinner by the couple we were with, I did not appear wasteful or ungrateful, so I asked for a box. When I got home, I threw the entire box in the garbage. This was my first time eating here. I recently moved here from out of state and wanted to experience some good southern saucy wings. Such a WASTE of 86.00! If I could get a refund I would! I placed an online order and selected my time of pickup for an hour after I placed the order. We sat waiting another half hour after getting there to pick it up. The hostess was frantically running around because of messed up orders as well as orders people were bringing back in due to sauces leaking all over their cars. I live about 15 minutes from the location I ordered from. The sauces were ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! It seemed as if someone was extra happy with the salt. All of the sauces we tried which was wang wang, teriyaki, mild and lemon pepper were so loaded with salt we couldn’t even eat it. The fries were dark brown and gross as if they were triple dipped to try and keep them hot which by the way none of the food was hot. Some of the wings even felt as if they came straight from the refrigerator! Needless to say we won’t go back nor do I feel it to be appropriate for the company to automatically charge 10% gratuity on to go orders, as the sign in the lobby states, when the service was NOT in any way worth 10% gratuity! My peanut butter and jelly sandwich I made at home put the wings to shame! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND...

We decided to try this restaurant when we couldn't decide on anything else and were attracted to some of the appetizer options available. To start, the outside is very unassuming, but the inside is quite nice, offering an almost upscale dive kind of feel. My only complaint about the atmosphere was that it was a bit too dim, making the menus a little hard to see for those that are visually impaired.

Our server was a wonderful man, but I unfortunately did not catch his name. He was very friendly and welcoming, taking care of every need.

We ordered a wing chip appetizer with some toppings on it, including some Buffalo sauce (mostly tangy). They were good, but very slightly overcooked. Not a huge deal, we still devoured them.

For our entree, my fiancé had boneless wings with two different flavors on them. One was a dry rub, and the other was a sauce, but they were glad to give him two different flavors. The boneless wings were much bigger than we were both used to seeing. As for myself, I chose the fish and chips, which came with two very large fried filets of haddock and I chose fried okra as my side. All of our food was delicious.
