Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Akron

I always order from this dominos for delivery, before I even knew they delivered here , my boyfriend was taking the trash out one evening and the news was in front of my house doing a report on a dominos driver being robbed and they interviewed my bf and he was on the news we had no idea it had happened in front of our house the night before but to make matters worse I guess the pizza was ordered to my address, I did here a knock on my door around the time it had happened I guess but didn't get up cause it was late and I was in bed but when I found out what happened I wish I would have answered the door maybe I could have saved them from danger but the driver didn't get hurt thankfully but still that's got to be a traumatic experience for him. My point is now I'm aware they deliver here even know at first they were Leary and called the first few times I ordered they still deliver to my house and I most of the time don't even make them get out of their car I go out and get my food just to make them comfortable. So I really appreciate the fact that they deliver to me with what they had to deal with around here and the service is always phenomenal, the drivers are always very nice and quick, food is always on point I say hands down the best dominos in town that I have had , keep up thr great work domino's soon as I get a car in a few weeks I'm coming to apply to...

So I ordered food last night and when the driver had arrived, he had called my phone and I kept saying hello multiple times and no response so I had hung up the driver called back a second time I said hello three more times and the driver was rude and he’s like well yeah I’m here You don’t talk to somebody like that. You’re supposed to act professional when you’re working so I tell my boyfriend that the guy was rude over the phone. My boyfriend goes downstairs to get the food and he asked the guy why he was being rude to me. The guy had the nerve to say because she did Excuse me, it does not have to be a tip over your guys’s page. I had cash to give the driver for a tip. So because of me not leaving a tip over your guys’s page, he thought it was fine to say what he said you don’t say that to somebody at all I don’t care who you are so my boyfriend calls in to Domino’s and explains to the manager about what that happened last night and they sent me an email to get a free pizza or 50% off of your next order that person that delivered. My order really should Get wrote up or fired. It does not say on your guys’s page that you must leave a tip. I like to leave cash tips....

I had ordered a large pizza, some cinnamon bites, and some drinks, now when I first got the food, I received my pizza BUT got parmesan bites instead. After calling to inform them, and my husband unable to go out to get the replacement, they came back and not only gave us the bites we had ordered, but a complimentary brownie thing as well as their apology for the mistake.

Now must say I felt so horrible that I wasn't at my phone to hear their call, as I wasn't in the room at the time of them returning the other items, but I wanted to just thank them by not only leaving them a good review, but in this way tell them my thank you, and apology for not reaching the phone, as there was to be an exchange to happen when they got to the door, for the bites we got on accident for our correct ones, the gentleman on the voicemail seemed so kinda and I felt so bad he must've waited at the door before calling us to inform he left them on the porch for us. Sadly our door bell doesn't work so even my husband was oblivious.
