The best banana ice cream!!! IVE HAD A PERSONAL PROBLEM WITH THE EXTREMELY ADDICTIVE, MADE DAILY, DELECTABLE CREAM OF ICE SINCE MY FIRST TIME INDULGING AND DEVOURING THE CUP OF BANANA . I WAS TO RETURN ALMOST DAILY FOR THE PAST 2YEARS 9MONTHS AND 5HRS. BANANA CREAM PIE , CAKE 🎂 BATTER, AND SWEET STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE CHUNK WERE COMING AT 4 QUARTS EVERY FEW DAYS TO MAKE IT ALL WORTH WILE AND MORE IMPORTANTLY.....GIVE ME A FEW MOMENTS OF TRUE SERENITY AND SOMETHING TO LOOK FORWARD TO EACH DAY. I will base this review on two aspects of my multiple experiences at this location. Let me preface this review by saying I was an employee for this company in my younger years, in charge of making the ice cream in addition to serving. The service here is great and I have never had an issue. Now the ice cream, on the other hand, is well below the standard of other Handles. The spouse like a house lacks the malt flavor and often the peanut butter ripple. The coffee chocolate chip often is over churned, where it has too many ice crystals, or is lacking in chips. The banana tastes weak and the vanilla seems to be just the cream mix that is churned without flavor. I am a fan of Handles, however this location needs to check the recipes and get their flavors on point. Advise given that you are paying a premium; drive to another location if you want...

Great ice cream and employees are great here. I would like to recommend to the management there needs to be a better lineup for customers. When I went to leave, the customers were lined up across the parking lot and not wanting to move out of the way of cars entering and leaving! Need to wrap around to the side, not straight out and across the parking lot. There is no common sense for some out there, and someone is going to get hurt, especially when it is dark out and kids are lined up. Also, while we were waiting, a car backed out and hit a truck behind them. This area is lit up mostly around the building but hard to see in the parking...
