Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Akron

On 3/2/2020 at about 7:30 pm I called and got the message that voice mail was not set up.. I called back and it rang once same message called again thinking it must be a mistake same thing. Tried online ordering only to find website down. Drove there line around the building with only 3 people working. Placed order and heard blonde haired manager sending calls to non existent vm stating " what kind of psycho keeps calling". Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Hire more people and fire her.. I shutter to think how much business and profit was lost because of her poor management and lack of customer service skills.The other two workers were very apologetic and polite so this review does not reflect them HOWEVER it was her call as manager to shut down the phone and website. September 2024 - I ordered the new pizza offering for window pickup. Even though I didn't get a ready notification, I got there when it was supposed to be ready. The guy at the window went to look for my order and he didn't come back. A young lady came and told me they were working on my order and they will bring it out to me in the parking lot. After about 20 minutes in the dark in a potentially dangerous location, I swung back around to the window and expressed my frustration. The guy said he told me that it would take 25 minutes and further said that it was dangerous to work there. How would you (me) like it?

Guess what? The order was sitting there for pickup! No one brought it out to me.

Customer service was great but the food wasn't. I came for a Most Bestest and Crazy combo and the Pizza was NOT a most bestest (it was a hot n ready) and the bread wasn't cooked right, it almost seemed undercooked. Gave them a second try a couple weeks later and same issue with the Most Bestest and the bread sticks were extremely hard. The breadsticks were so hard on the ends, we could not bite them! I brought the issue with the pizza to the manager's attention and he said they followed the recipe. I beg to differ.
