Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Akron

i ordered for delivery 11/2. a pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread, both with all crust toppings. after an hour and a half i look outside my window wondering where my pizza is, and i see it sitting on my porch. the delivery driver did not knock on my door, and did not even call to let me know if he was having issues delivering my pizza or that it was delivered. so after i received cold pizza that was also made wrong i tried to call the store to explain my situation to see what they could do for me. the female shiftlead that was working was extremely rude and disrespectful, laughed about my situation when i explained it to her, accused me of lying, and placed me on hold several times. after speaking to her i asked her name and she said she was unable to give it to me because she is a minor, but the name on my receipt was trinity. asked for a different manager and i spoke to a JC, he was a little more professional, but still was not able to help, also told me i was lying when i said the other female worker was laughing about my situation. overall i had extremely horrible service and quality of the food. i work in customer service and would never treat a customer the way that i was treated tonight. this location seems like it’s ran by all minors, who do not care about customers at all. i will not be ordering from this...

Well when I pulled the employee that was outside looking irritated because I interrupted her break and she had to go back in and hand me my pizza through the window.. sorry? But we ordered the magnifico and usually it's pretty good... I think she may have been working by herself and possibly could have been knew because we've never got something that looked so bad from there and it was just crazy the sauce was just a small circle in the center didn't even extend out towards the edges and there might have been 20 pepperoni on their total I think the magnifico has like 100 or something excessive and it's supposed to be old world pepperoni the kind that curls and is crunchy but it just had a regular pepperoni. Unfortunately I did not check it until I got home and my mom and I looked at the end got them back on the phone they acted like we were lying or something they still replaced it . but not exactly with a smile. They can be mad if they want to see my mom orders from there a lot and she's not going to mess around with having them make a new one and everything else unless it really needs to be done and it definitely needed to be re- done. Was probably just a one-time thing.. Hopefully that girl gets it together are they are going to be remaking a...

Somethings wrong...... I have eaten at this location for four years straight, we get the big square deal every Friday, I’ve accumulated more than 1,000 pizza rewards points. The last three times I’ve eaten here I’ve experienced crippling stomach pains to where I have to lay down. Had to take my girlfriend to the emergency room after eating their wings, the staff is always different, every time I ask for regular pepperoni I’m always corrrcted, given the wrong thing or confuse the worker, maybe not offer two kinds if you’re not gonna train your people! they never have a clue as to what’s going on, who’s helping who and always act like they are terribly bothered on the phone. I dealt with the poor service for the awesome pizza at a great price but now that I’ve gotten sick three times I have to say goodbye for good. I would remove the word “magnifico” from your vocabulary, the quality is just nonexistent.

Update: 6/21 Gave this place a break for almost a year, had to repeat my order 4 times before I hung up and went to the Cleve mass location, it’s worth the 10 minute drive to get served from people that care. This location just doesn’t understand...
