Preordered pizza a week ago to pick up. I prefer his location because I had issues at the Canton Road location making and cutting my pizzas wrong. They were out of extra large and large pizza boxes. It was my daughter‘s birthday and they had me wait 15 minutes before they told me they are out of pizza boxes. I asked him if Canton Road has boxes and he said no he already checked. I called Canton Rd location and they had extra large pizza boxes. It was the redhead male manager that refunded me. They offered medium pizzas, but not enough to make up with the square inches that I was losing on the extra larges so I had them cancel the order. BTW the pizza tracker is phony baloney as it is with all stores, it said my pizza was being made, and told me when it was done, but it was canceled and never made. I was sick to the stomach form now two bad experiences at two Marcos locations. So now I was late to the party and ended up ordering three larges (same size as Marco’s extra large) from Gioninos for $65 dollars and no issues. I gotta say it seemed like a much better pie. I do not recommend Marcos pizza in any capacity even if you are a starving kid from a third world country, never again Marcos!
Edit: To top it off, I had to file credit card dispute, because I never got refunded as I was told by the lady that said she was also a Manager and I have been refunded even though I asked her to talk to the original gentleman I’ll talked with. Way to go again Marcos, you have great managers ! If you really cared, you could in your reply the Facebook/Twitter handle that you would use because I don’t know if this franchise or company store that is replying to my review. I’m sure if you actually dug into it enough and found out the day that the pizza boxes were out of stock and who ordered pizza a week in advance or more for that pick up day. You could probably figure it out who it is, correct? Have you made an attempt to even talk to the manager that matches my description? Probably not because that is too much trouble and it’s easier to give a generic reply to every positive or negative comment. I’m adding a one star for service...
Read more06/06/25 I have to take a star away. Past 3 orders have sauces missing, and my salad came with Greek vinegarette instead of my Italian. My cheesy bread also has no pizza sauce or garlic cup I ordered. Pizza lasts 2 times, okay. Tonight is pretty good. I feel like after I gave the 5 stars, they kinda slacked on me? Lol, I still will give them more chances and will update
3/21/2025: YUMMMMM!!! From submitting order to table, 28 min! I don't understand as to why this Marcos has a low star rating?!? We have had their pizzas and delivery so many times I have lost count. I have never had anything taste bad or any of my orders wrong. It is one of the best pizza places, in my opinion! 😋 🍕 Perhaps many do not review unless they have had a bad experience, and there have been many good experiences for this business but not a review left? Give it a whirl! It's really tasty, and they always have such great prices on their pizza.
11/11/2023: 5 🌟 Third time using app and delivery, and third time 5 stars all around. Yum yum yum. Yummers!! Seriously, tho it was very good. I didn't realize that we had a Marco's close to us that delivered, so after getting burned out on a few other places, this is a welcoming change. It's truly different and truly tasty. Okay, enough on the taste, the prices are great as well. Prices are rising everywhere, and it's nice to be able to feed the family without spending an outrageous price. Read moreI have been Ordering from this restaurant for over 20yrs I have never ever had an experience such as the one I had tonight.. I ordered a pizza for no contact delivery. I said to knock on door let me know it’s out there and I’ll come get it as I’ve done plenty of times before but for some reason tonight the delivery driver did not knock and left pizza right at the door step which appears he sat it on the steps and left I’m sure he didn’t go knock on the door walk away with pizza in hand and left it where it was left, I decided to just go and check as it’s been about an hour no knock and saw the biggest possum nibbling on the box. The worst part is how the person who answered the phone spoke to me AS IF me not getting a knock on the door upset him he said to me I’m not sending another one out.. it’s on you and a bunch of other extra uncalled for things, I called back to reorder and pay and he answered the phone yelling as if I was his child saying didn’t I tell you I’m not doing anything I said can I reorder as well as pay again he said no I’m not sending anyone else out there .. um why not Sir, someone please help me understand why I had to have this experience but most importantly why was I so rudely disrespected by this man.. I can tell he’s very hostile and abusive he needs to be giving meds and put in a cage… I will be calling EEOC as well as BBB because the way he spoke to me was uncalled for to say the least… I’m going to pray for him tonight because clearly he’s not a happy man… may God...
