We went through the drive-thru and ordered two things. Three different people asked us for our order three different times so we gave it to them three different times nicely..... calmly.... It was just TWO breakfast sandwiches no special orders and they still got it wrong. I wasn't paying the passenger was and I didn't realize that they left a sandwich out. I don't know where I've been I guess not buying McDonald breakfast sandwiches because one of them cost $5.80 . I was smiling and trying to be nice and the lady at the first window was very nice the passenger paid with a card and there was no problem. Then we rolled up to the second window and she was very upset. Why???? I have no idea š. There was only one sandwich in the bag we figured out that they didn't charge it for the other sandwich so we said we would pay for the sandwich here so we didn't have to go around again and wait in line and then them tell us that breakfast was over. The lady said she would have to walk all the way to the first window to run the card again and I said okay. He paid for the other sandwich and then they tell us to pull around to the door. We waited and finally the sandwich came out and the lady was still very upset and gave me the dirtiest look and for what I don't know going through her line that morning???? She was an older woman ... . maybe the manager.....and she shouldn't be angry with me because she is the one who made the choice in her life to work at McDonald's. I'm extremely upset about the way we were treated. "I never go here" said the man that the sandwiches were for. "They always get the order wrong and the service is terrible." I can understand if something's going wrong or someone's having a bad day or if we were being aggressive and causeing a problem when there wasn't one but we weren't. I can be very patient and not post bad reviews on people because people need their job. I understand that people have bad days things happen but to be treated the way that we were treated was totally wrong. I recommend that NO one goes to the McDonald's on Vernon Odom...

I would rather drive 20 minutes out of my way just to go to a different location, Honestly i bet i will still get my food quicker that way too. Employees dont seem to know what is going on and have no sense of urgancy whatsoever. They dont care at all if you just had a long day at work and are just trying to grab a quick bite to eat before you go home.
Countless times i have been waiting at this location for 20+ Minutes for a mobile order that i had already given them 10 minutes to complete. I understand when you order a quarter pounder they have to cook the pattys fresh, which takes 5 Minutes.
I had 3 simular trips to this location where I pull up to the speaker to give them my mobile order code, and nobody answers me, or it took 30 minutes to finaly get my food. One time there was nobody there at all, i pull up to the speaker and nobody says anything... waited a good 5 minutes at the speaker saying "hello??" before pulling around to the 1st window to finally flag somebody down and get the process moving... "Oh okay ya a mobile order, what was it again???" is a very comon thing for the workers to say after i have already told them numouros times my order ID and what items it was. Then i get to the second window and they want to know the same thing... Like all i ordered was two quarter pounders with extra pickles this isnt rocket science. Now one thing i have learned is you DO NOT want to end up at that 3rd window. After being at the place for 20 minutes already, and now there are countless cars behind me the lady tells me to pull to the 3rd window!!! DONT GO to the third window... Because i then waited there for 15 minutes as i counted them server 13 customers behind me, when i was the first one there AND i had a mobile order so they alreay knew what i wanted... Oh and to top it off i ended up getting mcdoubles with no pickles when my order was Quarter Pounders with extra pickles.
Try to reach out to them and its imposible. This Location single handedly ruined McDonalds for me, and i will never...

I was picking up doordash orders and she treated me awful! Tossing the orders at me, ignoring me, not speaking WHATSOEVER- even when she handed me everything (like saying āyouāre all setā or āokay thatās both ordersā or ā the drink is in the bag, have a great dayā or ANYTHING!) . Then she made things even worse when she came back to the window- I saw her toss a small bag (obviously irritated further at me) and just stares at me and I say ā oh, yes - hi.. there is supposed to be a frappeā and she smacks the base of the window frame and as snarks: ā MAāAM!! ITS IN THE BAG!!! THATS WHY ITS SEALED LIKE THAT!ā ⦠I replied āokay, well I didnāt know - I wanted to be sure . Maāam, I REALLY hope you start having a better dayā. And drove off. What are he heck ?!?! That lady should NOT be working front end. She should be back washing dishes or on the line⦠100% NOT with or around customers! I have literally ZERO idea what her issue was/is. But Iām sure thereās no chance that the crew or management havenāt heard or noticed the way she is - so shame on them as well for making customers endure such BS. Grow up , lady and...
