President's Lounge — Restaurant in Akron

To be honest I never ate here. I was looking up reviews because I've heard this place is just fantastic... and then i see a negative review from an individual that was refused service for smoking right outside of an entrance / exit? Sir or madam, that is illegal in the state of Ohio and the store is allowed to make their own decisions... legally. I tried reporting the review for LEGAL issues but it wouldn't let me. I'm giving this place a 5 star review for very professionally dealing with a BAD reviewer. Which in all honesty the review should be reported or taken down, since he broke the law and had the audacity to complain about the store upholding State law. Then again exercising their legal right to refuse service regardless if it was because of cigarettes or not. One might surmise the customer may have been being unruly or rude and they didn't want them back inside too. There are always two...
