I will leave another review after receiving the furniture. I went with my dad 2 days in a row looking at couches and the guy was so nice and helpful. He had no problem answering our questions no matter what we asked or how many times we asked. We were buying 2 couches to go to different addresses. Spent at least $2,500 they still charged separate delivery fees they didn't do anything to try to do anything as far as a deal. So maybe they can't, oh well so he wants to do two tickets that's fine but he wants to do two bank transactions and I didn't understand why that was necessary but it worked so whatever. So my dad asked about a TV, he was explaining that what they have needed tested because they don't usually get tvs. My dad mentioned which one he wanted and he said oh we have a bunch of those. I asked does that mean you can sell one? He said I just told you my guys don't have time to test them. I told him well you said you had a bunch so I assumed they were new and would work. As he was writing everything I asked about the warranty information, he said it would be attached. So he finished writing it and said ok you're good to go. I said I'm sorry to be repetitive but where is the warranty info. He got so rude and said. I told you it will be attached! I said ok attached to what? He said you know when you say on the couch and it had a tag on it that's what the book will be on! I told him that is not what you told me. He was super nice until my dad said yes I want them and then his whole attitude changed. He was so rude if it wasn't for my dad I would have cancelled my sale! I don't even know his name, and he didn't write hard enough for it to show up on the receipt... Initials? Jeff? Lee? I don't know, but I will find out! I can't speak for all sales people here, but this guy doesn't care about his customers, he just wants to make those sales. Well guess what sir.... I may look young but I've had 4 strokes and even had you been more specific with your answers to my questions I have memory problems, and comprehension issues. Set out to purchase a couch & recliner chair ( I will say they have a beautiful selection) but price was misleading. The couch I decided to purchase was priced with the incorrect tag at $559 and the piece next to it was marked at $599. The store associate stated the prices were swapped and Iād have to purchase at the other price because the tag said ālove seatā on it although the only difference between the two pieces were a cup holder and storage (the one with storage surprisingly being cheaper. ) This was not the piece I wanted to buy. I then asked for the original marked price to be honored. They refused and stated customers had switched in the past. I then pointed out the cameras within the establishment and how I had been watched from the moment i stepped in the store. They still refused.I then took my business elsewhere to American Freight who are having a going out of business sale luckily. Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery disappointed! Bought an accent table that was already put together; it was packaged tightly in a box. I did not open the box until I got home and it was the wrong table! So...I had to put it back into the box, load it back in my car and go back there after work the next day. They seemed perplexed that I received the incorrect item. I asked the sales associate if I could get a discount on the new (hopefully correct) table. She said she would have to check with management. Management sent her back to tell me no. I decided to just ask for a refund. I felt my time and inconvenience should have been compensated. I was only going to ask for 10% which was about $20.00. I was never given an opportunity to discuss it nor to speak to a manager. They refunded me and lost a customer for life!! I plan to let everyone I know to...
