Rally's — Restaurant in Akron

The manager told her employee to come out and tell the people that had been waiting 20+ minutes that they were only taking door dash orders I use door dash almost everyday and I know what time they close she or he was just trying to get rid of the line when I asked for her to come out instead of sending her or his employee the employee stated that he was just doing what the manager told him to do !! I have worked for Popeyes as a assistant manager For multiple years and they would never allow me to say such a thing or (just clear a line )of 20 +cars waiting to give them their hard earned money who ever the manager is that was on duty needs to be fired for costing the business money! who knows What the company could of grossed in that half hour with all those people waiting and did she cost you customers? I’m pretty sure she did smh every single car was angry and literally giving their money to another business Burger King or Taco Bell unbelievable wow as a gm now I would not have one of my managers treating my customers or my business...

I ordered the 2 for $4 WITH a PLAIN chicken sandwich and a PLAIN Rallyburger and didn't check the food until I got home. Needless to say NEITHER one was made as I ordered them, but I don't drive and couldn't get back to the West side until two days later. My boyfriend called and spoke to the manager and she said to just bring the food back and they'd replace it. I returned with my untouched food and was then told that they couldn't replace them because I didn't have the receipt and the name of the manager, that we had spoke to. We weren't given a receipt with our order except the one they tape to the bag to make sure the right food is going to the right people....The manager should have given us her name and written down something about the order. So, I ended up paying $4 and wasn't able to eat anything that I had ordered....EXTREMELY disappointed with the service and their LACK OF rectifying THEIR MISTAKE!! 😡😡 I emailed corporate and wasn't even acknowledged....WON'T BE...

I live on the west end of Akron, and decided to have a late snack. So I went to Rally’s as my first choice...I much say Bad choice. I order a Rally’s Buford combo, two chilly dogs which I didn’t get, an chicken box which I did get....when I look in the bag the fries were not in it container, just throw in the bag sitting at the bottom. I ask them that I need a new order, but they didn’t do that instead they just said take or leave it. I hate going the Rally’s at night because they can’t get it Wright. But my wife wanted too. I like Burger King if I had my choice, they are much nicer at night and will take care of your problem order when the customer is not Happy And I was not Happy.
