Burger King — Restaurant in Alabama

Consistently,On-Point with their food service and cleanliness This place is operated by adults who clearly realize the competition inside and outside the gates of Fort Novosel. Sometimes, I do have to wait for my food, but I know it'll be worth it. The only problem I have with all remaining Burger King joints, including this one, is that they've moved from the flame broiled Whopper that I have eaten since I was a child and now all BKs produce a grilled/boiled burger. I know the difference. In my career as a restaurant cook, I have tried to duplicate that flame-broiled version of Burger King's Whopper back in 1987, and I did come close. If they got back to the flame-broiled patty, most Burger King restaurants would thrive again, and I wouldn't have to go to Fort Novosel to get a decent burger. Ft Novosel's Burger King is the best around the Wiregrass area, and I hope they remain...

Been several times since flight school lunches are short sometimes. Almost every single time they mess up simple orders. I've started repeating my order after they do just to make sure, but they still mess it up. Yesterday I asked at the window and the woman told me "yes, theres no mayo or mustard on the sandwich." I pulled away to not hold up the line and looked. There was mustard all over it. The line was too long to go back and my lunch was too short, so had to eat their mistakes again.

I've went back once to fix an order (took me about 30 extra minutes of my time wasted) and they were super rude, inconvenienced and didnt even apologize or offer any...

Every time I go here it takes 10-15 minutes to receive my order. Several times I have ordered just 2 drinks in the drive-thru and it still took 15 minutes. It is never busy when I have been there. I asked why it takes so long? The lady said, "I don't know, mam" and slammed the drive-thru window in my face. Also, bacon was precooked, stacked 3 high and 4 or 5 side by side. They were not covered. Apparently, they haven't heard of...
