I ordered food and asked for a napkin. The employee - Jose told me to go to the opposite side of the food court and I would find them there. I went where Jose sent me and there were none. So I returned to the restaurant and asked again for a napkin. Jose told me to go take the napkins at starbucks. I said no and again asked please get me a napkin and Jose said they were out until Tuesday. I tried to email the company website and got an error message, these guys aren't serious...

Had the worst experience here today. My husband got in line when no one was there only for the lady tell him a guy across the way no where near them was in line first.
