Food Outlet — Local services in Jacksonville

2lt coke products are not $1.29 at cost. They are much much cheaper. Closer to $0.79. However Food Outlet seems to think that charging $1.29 and then adding 12.9 cents (+10%) for a total of $1.42 for a 2lt coke, is doing the customers a favor. When in fact, Food Outlet doesn't sell their stock at cost + 10%. They make up prices, claim them to be accurate cost, then tack 10% on top of that. What you NEVER see is Food Outlet offering up real proof of what they pay for their stock. Which for a store that claims to pass along wholesale pricing, you would think proving their costs would be a priority they would obligate themselves to providing their customers. I was able to find the items I was looking for at a very reasonable price. These items were not available at Wal-Mart so I chose Food Outlet. I was also able to get the pick 5 for $19.99 plus tax.
