Shout out to the wonderful staff at Good Vibes Nutrition who always make fantastic protein shakes and Lit Teas! I'm not usually a fan of protein shakes because they tend to be extremely gritty, but I gave it a shot one day and I'm so glad that I did! The shakes from Good Vibes are so well-blended you barely notice the protein, and they taste fantastic! I usually get the Birthday Cake shake (which is a classic), but today I went with my other favorite, the Caramel Cheesecake shake and it was delicious. When my friend is having a "bad brain day" as she calls it and is having trouble deciding, the staff are always kind enough to freestyle something for her. Every single time we've gone there the staff are so friendly and their drinks are delicious!
