Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Alabama

I ordered my pickup order at 2pm. Stuffed crust, extra cheese, pepperoni, onions and BACON. My pickup time was 6:15pm. I arrived at 5:50 and was told I needed to wait. Completely understandable. I walked back in at 6:10 and sat down and waited for the rush to clear out. Not one employee asked me what I was waiting for. At 6:25 I walked up to the counter and a guy asked me what I was waiting for, I told him my order and he went looking. The 2 women working the counter were not showing him where my pizza was, and was just yelling throughout the store ‘over there!’ He goes and looks again and can’t find it. One of the women sits down and proceeds to play on her cell phone and ignore me standing there. The guy looks at her again and she screams and points ‘I told you over there!’ The guy tells her that is not my order bc it has black olives on it. She goes ‘oh they just have thought the B meant black olives not bacon.’ He then asks me what I want. Mind you I have now waited 45 minutes for 1 pizza. I tell him I wanted the messed up pizza and my pizza made correctly. The lady said NO and grabbed the pizza and said I can...

Didn't get anything. After waiting for over 10 minutes. A lady who was currently boxing pizzas for online orders called out to me that she was doing online orders only. Nothing ready to go. She never came to the front to address me which I believe is rude. I would've have happily waited on an order to be cooked especially since my order would've taken time to do anyway. I was going to get the extra most bestest and zesty cheese bread but she never took that time to wait on me for a minute. I understand she was busy with online orders but walk ins can still put an order in while in the store. Limiting people to online only without explanation is unacceptable. I won't be coming back to this Little Caesars because I am disappointed by the service and lack of information...

No hot & ready pizzas available EVER! Dry and dull service. Doesn't say "be right with you" just ignores your presence. They were only accepting card payments for whatever reason. Its 6pm friday night & Some ppl been waiting in the line 10 min & then they get to the front only to be told "cards only"...and IF you're able to pay, guess what, you have to be even more patient to wait on your pizza to be prepped and baked. And check your pizza before you leave bc they have HUGE bubbles in them. It takes up an entire slice (which may or may not be preventable) but still...no one pays money to buy an air bubble-crust pizza. Oh well, guess I'm getting what I pay for. What'd I expect for $6 besides mediocre pizza and service?! Oh and BTW, Health Dept...
