Ordered online- once I arrived waited inside for about Thirty minutes to receive two hamburgers. Since I stood there for about 30 minutes, I watched the disorganization. Employees not cognizant of how fast food restaurant works. The real issue? The manager not assisting the team and walking around looking up at the ceiling. I observed the cashier helping other customers while someone waited at the order counter. It took a couple of minutes for the manager to realize the customer, asked if they had ordered (they said no), and said “okay she’ll be right with you” and walked off.
Mouth drop. Wait. What? Food- burgers were cold, order was incorrect. Fries were cold. No ice, for anyone to get a cold beverage.

Read moreI don't believe I've ever had a bad experience at any Whataburger before but this time made me not even want to go back. Apparently when we got there a baseball team showed up right before us and instead of them letting everyone know at the drive through that it might be a long wait, they said nothing upon taking the orders. So it took us 40 mins to get to the window! Then waited about 5 more mins for our food to come out!! Still, they said not one word about it. No apology or anything, what was the biggest problem for me. I said "Why did it take so long?" And was told they had a baseball team that came in and were backed up on orders. I said "Well y'all could've told people that were ordering at drive though because if we had known we would've went somewhere else." Still no apology or even a care that they made their customers wait that long with no explanation. They could've at least offered something extra with the meal but nope, nothing. I was furious! Yes we could've left long before that but the line would start moving quicker and was making us think ok it'll just be a few more mins, but then would come to a dead stop for a long time. We got our food and it was barely warm and tasted bland as could be. Never had that issue before. Definitely won't be...
Read morecame thru the drive thru and got a chicken fajita taco however when i left i noticed that they shorted me on the peppers and there was only 4 peppers total on it, i also got fries that were no salt, but by the time they waited to give them to me they were cold, the lady told me that every store portioned then differently and then refused to remake my taco “because it takes 6 minutes to make it, im not gonna remake it again” and then she tried to tell me i come here every night and complain like no girl i specially haven’t came because ur staff is rude i have a whole voice memo of this girls interaction with me it’s wild, she’s basically wanted me to eat the taco that i already touched and wanted to put everything in the microwave it was completely disrespectful to the customer and i would not recommend this location at all fr it was the black female bigger lady, the one that thinks she some sort of manager, she should really be fired, managers are supposed to just remake the food and not ask questions, this interaction was the worst i’ve dealt with yet, she basically told me i was wrong for bringing back the taco that they messed up in the first place...
