First of all, both employees Were supposed to be wearing masks. They were, but they were both wearing them below their noses. Good job guys. Not! Both employees were rude, one kept running the cash register with the same gloves she would handle food with. I asked for a chopped salad- my meat was NOT chopped up. She was going to give me cold bacon I had to ask for it to be heated up. I asked about dressing and the one employee rudely ignored me and gave me my total for my salad. I paid and she was putting gloves on again getting ready to serve the next customer and I again asked about salad dressing. She sighed and said âwell there should be some in there (there wasnât) but what kind do you want?â I told her and she threw the packet in there and slung my bag at me. Get back to eat my salad at work and the meat isnât even chopped up. Not only were their attitudes poor (no âhi how are you, what can i get for you todayâ or âthanks have a good dayâ just rudeness. The freezer door was also open the entire time I was there. Im sure there are more than several health code violations mixed in all that. I worked at subway in high school and I know the masks arenât fun but I work in healthcare so I have to wear them all day every day too. And if I would have acted the way those two ladies did today I wouldâve been fired. No matter what job you have do it to the best of your ability. Shame on whoever the manager is for letting this go on. I WILL NOT be back. And I will also tell everyone I know not to use this...
   Read moreAvoid this place. I ordered 1 salad and 2 foot longs. 1st the online order will only let you order plain baked chips. When I arrived to pick up the order I asked if I could get the chips we wanted. I was looked at like I was stealing. I explained the online option. Then I had to ask for dressing. The older man said dressing. I said yes for the salad. He informed me that oil and vinegar was added to my salad. I chose Ranch and was given Fat Free Ranch. I asked for regular Ranch and was told Fat Free was for the "diet food"...salad. I shock my head and laughed. Then I asked if napkins were in the bag and I was told yes.
I get in the truck. The sandwiches are falling out of the wrapper because they don't know how to wrap them. 1 sub had 2 olives and 1 pickle on it and barely anything else. The 2nd sandwich barely had lettuce on it. The salad was missing the oil n vinegar plus the avocado and double meat I paid extra for. Also, we were given 1 napkin for 3 orders.    Read moreI just have to say...our Subway needs to teach their employees to make proper subs. This is when ordered online for pickup. It's always such a skimpy sub...once again meaning where is the lettuce, tomatoes, etc that I asked for?? I understand some people do not like vegetables and that's fine. However, there should be a regular way of making a sub. Then more or less to your liking. The other thing; why would you serve stale bread and cookies?? This never use to happen at our subway. Its been over a decade since we have regularly ordered. I know, I know that's a long time. I stopped going because it was falling short back then. Some days I want a Jimmy John's or Jersey Mike's and I pay for such. Then there are days I want a Subway. Yes, cheaper then the others. But stale bread and cookies???!! I know you are better.
