I ordered a specific pizza from the app, asked while picking up the pizza if it was that pizza, the guy running the register (and by running I mean he was kicked back with headphones in) tells me that it is that pizza.
I go home, discover that it a different pizza, call the store to ask about it, and a woman asks if I ordered from the app. I say yeah and she says they don't even serve that food and I shouldn't have ordered from the app.
The receipt clearly says what it was supposed to be. So instead of just not selling me that pizza, they make me a wrong pizza, charge me for it, and won't give a refund. I'm never using this Pizza Hut again.
Update - I gave this Pizza Hut another chance since I was ordering for my father-in-law and it was the closest one to him. I don't know if it's an app problem or what, but I got the wrong order again. Whoever answered the phone did offer me a refund, but I am definitely ruling this place out. Spent almost 50 bucks the first time, and only 12 this time. Both wrong and not worth the hassle of trying to get the right food.
