Horrible experience I ordered on-line around 5:15 at 6:20 haven't received my order call the store and no body answered I was on hold for 15 mins. So went to the store to see where was my order. When I started explaining the lady named Haylee what happened she immediately told me to not give her an "attitude" I told her her I was not but I was explaining the situation. I asked her why are they not answering she said they are short staffed I saw around 6 or 7 employees there. She said my ordere was being delivered now at 6:30pm I was like wait what? First said collin left the store at 6:04 and when she said that now the app said Milton left the store at 6:30 what is going on here? She decided to called the delivery guy and said that I was canceling tje order that I didn't want it. That was a lie. I said I didn't cancelled!! She proceed to threatened me with the police and she called the police and said I was harassing everybody wish I wasn't that was another lie. I did remind her that she work on customer service and that talk to the customers was part of her job. I don't even now if my money was returned because she started to repeatedly ask me to leave the store. I ask her to please provide me the owner info she denied my that info and said tha was private info. I just left, with no food, no apology, no explanation and on top of that I was horribly mistreated. I really hope this wasn't because im a latin woman. The reality is if they had answered the phone a lot of this horrible situation could be prevented, because i could get the info i needed by phone but they decided not to answered because Haylee says they were under staffed. Haylee is extremely rude and she don't like to comunicate with the customers she threatens with the police the customers that have valid questions and concerns. Read moreWe ordered a couple pizzas, a sandwich and a 2 liter Sprite tonight from this Dominos. Our Sprite was not delivered. When we called they said they were out of Sprite and that they called a couple times to tell us but we missed the calls. Here is where the trouble starts. When the driver came to the door we had our son take the cash which included the tip based on the price we were quoted with the full order. We then called them back and explained the situation. The manager on shift said the driver told our son about the issue our son says nothing was said. So now our $3 Sprite money was now part of the tip. The manager said the driver did what he was supposed to do and that there was nothing they were going to do about it. We order from this Dominos at least once a week and will not be ordering from them ever again. The manager was pompous, dogmatic and very canned in his answers. So over a $3 Sprite (.99 their cost) they have lost our business and will be losing much of our extended families business. The irony is the commercial they are airing now about how they will do anything possible to make sure your order is right even if it isnt their fault. I will say the whole Sprite thing was not as big of deal as the way we were treated by the manager. When I said "I guess we wont be ordering Dominos anymore" he said "Oh well do whatever you want". I hope corporate listens to the call. They will lose just from this household $150-200 a month in sales over a $3 Sprite. That was the most horrendous customer service I have...
Read moreThis Avalon Park location has horrrrrrible customer service!!!! It’s only remotely busy as it is the only one in the area. I reordered a specialty pizza that I previously received for the first time and had been prepared correctly. However, upon using their reordering feature on their website, they sent me a totally different pizza without all the topping that come with the specialty pizza!!! They refused to correct the their mistake, despite not being able to explain how the pizza came correct the first time and incorrect the 2nd time without me not changing anything!!!!
The workers and night manager on duty 12/28/23 are nasty, arrogant, and have no customer service!!! God forbid they mess up your order, as they have less than zero customer service and accountability!!!! They are unapologetically nasty!!! Instead of attempting to correct the issue, you will be told the computer says what it says, then hung up on!!! Worst experience ever!!!!! They are doing Dominos a major disservice by having managers and staff that are rude and hang up on customers!!!! Hate that even have to give one star to leave a review, as they deserve less!
