Wendy's — Restaurant in Alamosa

Quite possibly the worst Wendy's I've ever been to and I've been to dozens all over the country. Went in a couple days ago for a "quick" meal around 2 in the afternoon. Neither the drive-up or the inside were very busy. I was going to wash up before eating but the restroom had a key code so I ordered, got the code and used the restroom. Came out 4 minutes later ( The restroom was nasty by the way. ) and here was my experience: Had to wait another 6 minutes before my order was finally filled. So that’s 10 minutes total to get my order filled in a nearly empty “ fast food” restaurant. I wonder if the fact that 2 of the “employees” were on their cell phones half the time I was waiting had anything to do with it? Counter gal forgot to give me my drink cup and the BBQ sauce I was due. I had to go back to the counter and ask for them and ketchup because the self-serve dispenser was out.. After getting those, I went to go sit down and couldn't find a SINGLE clean table in the place. In addition, the whole restaurant was filthy...french fries on the floor by the counter, condiments scattered all over the self serve area, soda spilled on the floor by the dispenser and on and on. And the final straw was when I finally sat down to eat, virtually everything ( sandwich, fries and nuggets ) was barely warm. I left the whole stinking mess on the table and walked out. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else in town for a meal. This place is pathetic and needs new ownership, management...

Went to Wendy's at around 7:30 PM, lobby was disgusting and not recently cleaned, hardly any straws, and both napkin despincers were completely empty. Ordered a single patty cheeseburger, plain medium meal, a baconator medium meal and a 10 piece nuggets, just the nuggets with one ranch and one bbq. They called my name and my girlfriend brought the food to our table. We received two small double patty burgers with bacon. Neither one of us ordered this. We received one ranch and one sweet and sour for our nuggets. We noticed the burgers were wrong and went to get the right ones. Went up to the counter and explained to the guy that took our order that we didn't get the right burgers, he then asks, with attitude, "I don't understand what the problem is..." Tried to explain again and another lady had to come assist and fixed out burger issue. I then went to get a bbq sauce because that's what we asked for. A rude, lady looked at me, stated "here we go again" with an attitude and walked away from me. After I got a bbq sause, my girlfriend bit into her burger and noticed some pink in her burger. It was not leaking blood but wasn't cooked througout, Overall not a great experience and very upset with employees and...

Food was ok. But my issue was girl at window.. Usually staff iS super nice and helpful but last night at 6:30pm the girl taking orders was awful. I was ordering at the window as theBoard was not lit upAnd the speaker screen was off So I assumed It was not working,Shame on me.However i did ApologizeTo the boy at the window For messing up the wait time As I thought The speaker wasn't working. He was very polite and was then talked over by a rude drk haired teenager who was annoyed i " just pulled forward instead of ordering" she was very rude and bothered at my actions even though i apologized. She gave me dirty looks as the young man helped me and proceeded to then talk rudely and loudly to the staff cooking About my error. The nice guy handed me my food told me to enjoy as she continues to give dirty looks and talk badly of me.. I tried calling the store to speak with a manager. But this store dosent answer a fone. I am truly dissapointed as this makes managment look lazy and...
