Usually the customer service and ice cream is great at this location. Slow when busy due to being understaffed, but the employees are always polite and helpful. Tonight there was a guy and a girl working together. I didn’t catch their names, but the guy needs some customer service classes. His customer service was deplorable. He literally sighed multiple times because he had to help me. They were almost out of chocolate ice cream and he dropped part of what was left making my order even smaller because he was too busy pouting. He didn’t mix it up properly either. The Ice cream was super runny, with the people just staring at me while I was trying to make a decision. I told him what I was wanting, but I said “I have a coupon can you look at it to make sure I do it proper before ordering? While they are looking over the coupon, one of them started making the ice cream. They then told me that this coupon that was still valid would only be able to be used at a different location across town. This is my favorite cold stone. The staff here are very young, energetic and clearly enjoy working here allot. They move quickly when there is a line but still make each customer feel welcomed and not rushed. Most patrons tip well at this location because of how friendly and personable the staff are.
