The service and atmosphere is why I gave it four stars. The first time we came. Here we were happy with our service. The drinks were delicious. The worker was so polite, friendly and courteous. We custom order our drinks, and she surpassed what we expected. This was about 10 minutes before they closed and she was still polite. The coffee tastes like hot chocolate with the slight hint of coffee. Also, a 20 ounce drink only comes with three shots not four and four is the industry standard for coffee in Anchorage.
