Let me start by saying I literally never do reviews, but customer service is a really big thing for me. So I go to Starbucks everyday next to my work on Lake Otis and Tudor and they are AMAZING! Even when they are slammed they greet you as you walk in with a smile. Tonight when I did a mobile order to pick up next to my house on 100th there was 3 or 4 workers, 2 customers in the lobby just talking and myself next to the counter for pickup . No one greeted me at all! I just stood there for 5mins and still not acknowledged until I interrupted them talking and asked for my mobile order. I was picking up an online order for a family member through the drive thru. There was a rude employee. First, I asked her if we had all the drinks because my hands were full to text my family member to confirm. And she said “well what did you order?” When she simply can look at the order ticket. One of my drinks gets called so I pick it up after they confirm it was mine. People keep coming and going ant my second drink still isn't ready. I stand by the counter for a few minutes and I notice a cup by the Clover machine. I asked if that was mine. The workers stopped chatting and said oh yeah. We ran out of your coffee, would you like something elese. So much for mobile ordering and quick efficient service.
