Sicily's Pizza Northern Lights — Restaurant in Alaska

PETTY IS STRONG. Would've given 0 stars. Ordered food at 12:18, called at 1:07 to check/get eta. Operator called driver and told me driver was at my location and to wait outside. I called to let them know the porch light was on and I could meet driver to be courteous to my neighbors. I waited until 1:17 outside and made another phone call. Was told to hold while operator called driver... I was waiting outside still and the driver pulled up to a 4 way stop, turned on some crazy plowing or towing strobe lights and left em on as he walked to my door. I told him I'd like to refuse service as this is absolutely the inconvenience I was trying to spare neighbors... when I spoke with the operator as she came back she was absolutely dismissive and disrespectful. Zoey and Jennifer? I believe we're their names. Unacceptable. I understand late night inconvenience, understaffed and the like but pettiness for someone calling to ensure neighbors peace and quiet?...

So..wow. I just noticed the picture on the side of their ad of breadsticks...ours looked NOTHING like that...we seriously got burned pizza dough about 2 credit cards thick..no cheese..and not cut..it really looked like the crust of a pizza (the parts you don't eat). Beside that we ordered online, which took over an hour to get here at about 1 am. What we originally ordered was a Stuffed Crust Meatball pizza with breadsticks and a Ceasar salad with extra chicken and ranch. What I got...a sausage pizza with what looked like the tiniest bit of glue pasted to the inside of the crust, a cardboard box for breadsticks, the salad was ok but the chicken was cold and I got cesear dressing..grr..and three complimentary dented sodas still in their 6 pack sleeve. The nicest part about the food was the box. We spent a total of $30 dollars for this. This place is reallllly hood...don't bother going here unless you're blind and don't...

Sicily's does a massive amount of advertising in Anchorage so I went to the Northern Lights Boulevard store twice (this was several years ago, so the personnel may have changed since then). The service was awful. I was the ONLY customer inside and I waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the counter. Each time I waited just to see how long it would take. My order for one pizza was something like $12.99. I asked how much it would be and the guy at the counter lied saying $20. I said I know it's not that much. I gave him $15, and he did not return my change! I went a second time to this store thinking that maybe they had one bad employee. My second visit was very similar waiting about 20 minutes for the person (who looked several times at me waiting) to come to the counter when I was again the only customer. I now boycott all...
