New edit mayy 22nd: not sure if they just are hiring people with lower intelligence, but og gets things right 90%. This place gets things wrong 90% of the time. This time after repeating my order multiple times, they messed up onions and lettuce only. My burger was covered in only pickles. When i brought it to the kids attention, he went to the back, scraped off the pickles and added what i asked for. How do i know? Because the bottom bun was covered in pickle juice when i went to bite into it. Super frustrating because they are closer, but i guess I'll just need to make the drive to the further one.

While I understand that restaurants occasionally experience periods of high volume, the lack of communication regarding the expected wait time was particularly frustrating. It was only after significant delay and upon my personal inquiry at the counter that we were informed of the backlog. Proactive communication with customers regarding anticipated delays is crucial for managing expectations and providing a positive dining experience. The absence of such communication left us feeling neglected and frustrated.
Many other patrons also voiced their concerns about the excessive wait times during our visit, highlighting a systemic issue requiring attention. Read moreThey added a "credit card fee" to my bill, then I got the automated tipping menu. The lowest option was 15%. So, here I am at a counter service restaurant, basically one step above McDonald's and my bill has been inflated by 18% before I even sit down. Charging an additional credit card fee is a violation of the point of sale terms of service in most instances and well in excess of what the merchant is actually being charged by the credit card company. I would encourage others to report this to your respective credit card companies. Not allowing me to set a tip amount is just stealing. The service was also fairly abysmal, but hey, they already have their automated tip, so who cares, right? We ordered 2 of the same burgers and one came out fully 20 minutes before the other with no explanation. The restaurant was not busy at all. The food was okay, but I'm not going to pay $25 for a counter service burger and fries. Especially when you penalized me right off the bat just for daring to be a customer.
