Hardee’s — Restaurant in Albany

I made an online order which was paid from my bank account. I received a confirmation number to pickup my order but when I got there to the restaurant they couldn't find my order. I showed them my cellphone with the confirmation number and I showed my email to prove it was paid for. The cashier was really trying to help me and she asked a co-worker to help her so the co-worker said she wouldn't chance giving me my food. I asked to talk to the manager and the co-worker said she was the manager. I said will this come out of your check, since she had an attitude then she said she wasn't loosing her job, like I asked her to give me something for FREE. I HAD PAID FOR MY FOOD! She told the cashier it was up to her. The cashier walked back to the computer where the orders come in at and she saw my order. I just couldn't believe how the manager was acting and didn't do anything to help. She should have gone to the back before the cashier did to handle the problem. They finally said there was something wrong with their online ordering. They didn't have what I ordered but acted as if I couldn't get a replacement for the item I had ordered. There was so much more going on with this transaction but I was treated like a thief. All I wanted was what I paid for and nothing more. Where was the customer service at this restaurant? Mad Manager with an attitude 😠 I won't be ordering from their app anymore!!! I may not buy anything else from this restaurant ever...

My family and i when to Hardee's on March 8, 2025 ( 436 N Slappy Blvd in Albany ga) for the luch rush hour of the day and the place was so clean. Miss. Montaya and her staff were up beat and ready to serve their in coming customer . The food was super delicious( I had double cheese burger) and the fries fresh... We were also so lucky to be served by the general manager Miss. Montaya Stniger. She had a warm bubbly spirt and wore a bright smile and she said loves the journey she has with Hardee's it has been a great joy to her . You can count on Miss. Montaya and her staff to make sure you're experience gose well. It's the best it can be. OH AND I FORGOT OUR FAVORITE MEAL IS THE $6.99 BAG DEAL ( It comes with 2 double cheese burgers or hot ham n cheese with fries and a medium drink) I REALLY HOPE YALL ENJOY 😉. SHOUT OUT TO MISS MONTAYA AND MR....

Worst experience and customer service. I pulled up to the window the manager yelled at me about having two orders. She argued that I had two orders. Then she realized that I was telling the truth. Took a sip of my drink and I told her it taste like salt water. She ask me to come in I told her I couldn’t come in and she got mad and wouldn’t speak on the microphone. I proceeded to wait until she said something on the Microphone. The line was long then the manager came outside and started yelling at me about two large drinks they sold me. I work for the hospital after I working a long shift I have to have a drink to drive home. I lost 10 and will never go back. Looking at all the worst comments talking about the same manager.
