I don't know what changed but the two women that work there need customer service training. I stood in line for 5+ minutes without her saying a word to me. The lady making the sandwiches glanced at me and then began working on what seemed like an online order. As a food industry worker myself, it's just polite to say something along the lines of "hello, give me one moment please." I have a message for you if you read this whoever you are. If you do not like your job, then let someone who is willing to serve customers more professionally take your position.
