Iāve always had decent enough service at this restaurant however, yesterday, Monday, September 2 unfortunately was a little different. The food was good, and our original waitress was attentive. However, the experience quickly took a turn for the worse. Less than an hour into our meal, another staff member approached our groupāthree kids and six adultsāand asked us to clear the table for other customers. We were still finishing up, and considering the size of our group, this request felt rushed and unreasonable.
When we got up, we asked four times if our checks covered both tables since we had to split up due to the seating arrangements. Each time, we were assured that it did. However, after we stepped outside to talk, the same waitress who had asked us to leave came running out and loudly accused us of not paying our bill, right in front of other customers. This was a mortifying experience.
I understand it was busy, but the lack of organization and the way we were treated were unacceptable. If youāre going to rush a group out the door, at least make sure their bill is properly handled. We weren't the only ones who had been there a while, so singling us out felt unfair. Overall, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

When we asked to speak to the manager, she came out and the rude server said " they're gonna complain about me" as if she didnt care. While we were speaking to the manager, who clearly looked like she had interest in hearing about the poor customer service at the location, the server interrupted us displaying her lack of discipline that she either forgot she had or was never taught by absent leaders in her life, and stated "I was helping her (other co-worker) out. Undestand that I wasn't talking to my intellectual equals I asked for the cooperate number and the manager reply was "it on the glass." I will make sure I contact any and everyone in regards to the poor customer service at this location everyday until something is done. Word of advice for the "staff" there......don't take your life poor choices out on the people who want to spend money there. If you don't want to to be there, make better life choices so you can put yourself in position to do better or except your position and be...

We chose to sit there and the infant was going to sit in my lap. They started speaking across the restaurant that we couldnāt sit there because a high chair wouldnāt fit. We explained that she was going to sit in our lap and sat down. After that the servers just glared at us and we sat for a few minutes with no one greeting us or making any move to take bring us menus out or ask about drinks. When one server did come deliver food to those around us she was muttering under her breath about āpeople donāt listen.ā Hereās the thing if they have a policy about a group of four including an infant not being able to sit there Iād understand that.
