Worst experience I have ever had anywhere. I have frequented this store every few months when traveling. Have been going since they opened in the travel center. I worked in the food service field for an over 20 years. From entry level to management. Bought my grand daughter a drink and she said it tasted like soured milk and also looked like milk had soured. Returned to counter to explain . Was told that is because of the type of milk used. I told them that did not matter, I just needed them to make her something different. Counter girl rudely said “we do not give free drinks, because someone does not like what they ordered. As she said this 2nd girl came up to repeat same thing. I told them that was fine, I was not expecting free. I just wanted to let them know feed back. After I ordered a different drink, girl going to make drink said, F___ it. I told her that was inappropriate language to use to consumer and to say loud enough to be heard. Her response was, I do not care! This behavior is totally inappropriate and other people there also heard it and shook their heads and said to me how rude she was. I sent email to corporate office and was sent message saying they would look into it and that manager would be following up with me. It has been over 2 weeks...

Three times I've visited Caribou Coffee and I think I'll stick to what I know: My Own Espresso Machine.
I order the same two things regardless of where I go, and Caribou can't seem to make it without burning my milk, or over-watering (ice) the drink. Either way I've ordered from Caribou Coffee, the drink doesn't get the attention it deserves. It's not art for Caribou Coffee, it's a job.
Local, smaller coffee stands, make you feel like the way they support their life instead of just popping another drink under the hood of their espresso machine. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone that enjoys coffee.
Why two stars then? They do make good desert drinks, so I've been told...

When I got our drinks they were white; not the pretty pink they usually are. So I said oh they’re usually pink. To which Ava or Eva replied, “well that’s how I made it!” I took a sip of one and I said I’m sorry but something is wrong; this is all watery! Ava/Eva ignored me and made the next order. Then she came over, grabbed the incorrect drinks and said she’d make new ones.
