Timbers Northern D'Lights — Restaurant in Albert Township

My first time in, not because I haven't wanted to but because it's the first time I've up here since they opened. Holy Moly... first, I pull in and the line is almost out the door, I walk in and everyone even the ones working in the back have smiles on their faces so of course that should put a smile on yours, which it did. 🥰 Then it's my turn to order and what happens next, one of the ladies brings up a big tray of freshly made Long Johns. Yup, you guessed got 2 of those and some other things as well. I get back to the cabin and rush to get a bite of THE most delicious perfectly made Long John. It had a little crispy on the outside and so soft and fabulous on the inside. Thank you Timbers for an amazing treat that I don't often get, well you all probably know why...
